Emergence of a Legend

My son found “cowboy toys” in my collection of miniatures. I quickly hid them and started using them in my still life photography process. I’m interested in the manipulated history of consumer trends surrounding the color pink, the romantic stories portrayed in popular culture about cowboys and the mass consumer artifacts used to propagate their mythology.
